Cancelling a subscription is easy. Just message us on WhatsApp (+34 629 465 115), call, or email — or ask us for a secure self-service link. There are no logins or forms to fill in, and no cancellation fee.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for — so you still receive the visits you've paid for — and you will not be charged again after that. We don't refund part of a month that has already started, because the service for that month remains available to you.
If you need to cancel or move a one-off booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before the agreed date and we'll reschedule or refund in full. For cancellations with less notice, we may keep a reasonable amount to cover time and materials already committed. Once a service has been carried out, it is not refundable.
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Where you ask us to begin a service within that period and it is then fully carried out, the right to withdraw no longer applies to that completed service. This does not affect your statutory rights if a service is not carried out as agreed.
If you're not happy with a service, contact us within a reasonable time (and within 7 days for any suspected fault) and we'll put it right — that's the simplest path for everyone, and your legal rights remain unaffected.
