We only collect what we need to do the work and keep in touch. We don't sell your data.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Prime Boats S.L. (NIF B88796776), Calle Juan Sebastián Elcano s/n, Edificio Palacio 7-3, 29639 Benalmádena (Málaga), Spain. For anything to do with your data, contact info@primeboats.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number.
• Your boat details (type, size, name) and any notes you give us.
• Booking and payment records. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card number.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information to provide and schedule your service, take payment, send confirmations and reminders, and respond to you. Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you and, where relevant, your consent and our legitimate interest in running the service well.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the service work: Stripe (payments) and Google (to place your booking in our scheduling calendar). They process data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet Spanish tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your data, or object to it, and ask for a copy. To do any of these, email info@primeboats.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
